Magnesium Sulfate
Magnesium sulfate is an inorganic salt (chemical compound) with the chemical formula MgSO4, containing magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. It is usually found in the form of heptahydrate (MgSO4·7H2O) as the sulfate mineral Epsomite or Epsom salt (English salt). Epsom got its name from a settlement in England.
AGRICULTURE
In addition to growing as a raw material in plant nutrient formulation, it is also used directly as a fertilizer in agriculture.
FEED ADDITIVE
Magnesium sulfate is used as an additive to animal feed to eliminate magnesium deficiency.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Magnesium sulfate is used in textile and leather processing, temperature resistance, textiles, ceramics, cosmetics and fertilizers.
